It has a peaceful view at the Jouravliovka-village and a good access to civilization at the same time: 5 minutes walking to the subway-station `Kievskaya` and 15 minutes walking to the subway-station `Pushkinskaya`. There is a good infrastruction around the house.
The house is partly unfinished, needs interior works to be done.
However, it was built in 2009 from exclusive materials. So, it is very GREEN.
As the plot of land is rather large, you can build a swimming pool. There is another good thing about the land: as one of the fresh water springs of Kharkov flows close to the land, you can establish a pound directly on the land. The water will be for free! You can use the water for your lawn for free, too.
1st foor:kitchen-dining room of 25 m2, chimney hall of 55 m2, room for visitors of 25 m2, master bedroom of 35 m2, a big bathroom; All engineering networks.

All materials are very modern and green. For example, shingles for the roof and gas boiler were imported from Germany, the windows are from Denmark and Germany etc. There are 10 cm of Rockwool insulation inside of the walls together with bricks.
The price is very low because of my problems
